This book describes my unique approach to weight loss. It is based upon the theory that successful weight loss requires an integrated, holistic approach. Food cravings and the urge to overeat are prompted by both physical and emotional causes, and both need be addressed.

With this program you will learn to feed yourself in the way that is healthiest and best suited to you. You will develop an exercise program that is effective and appropriate. You will practice stress management techniques to reduce the anxiety and agitation that may drive overeating. And you will develop mindfulness practices to increase your awareness of hunger and satiety signals and help you tune into those feelings that prompt overeating.

You will also employ two extremely powerful and effective techniques, Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Techniques, to eliminate food cravings and neutralize the emotional discomfort that prompts them. These methods will help you stay focused and motivated. They will facilitate the relinquishment of old, negative programming that lies at the root of your unhealthy eating habits, and replace it with positive and productive beliefs. And they will help you heal the wounds that prompt emotional overeating.
