Weight Loss: Our approach to weight loss is holistic, addressing not only nutrition and exercise, but emotional eating as well. We provide reliable information, motivation, and support. We also employ mind/body techniques such as hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique, which help to address the negative feelings and beliefs which often sabotage our weight loss efforts.

Personal Training: Our aim is to help middle-aged and senior women discover and meet their fitness goals, co-creating a balanced program which takes into account their individualized needs, interests, objectives and possible physical restrictions, while encouraging and motivating them to reach their personal best. We are committed to assisting the mature woman in achieving the benefits of optimal health and in helping her make exercise a way of life.

Smoking Cessation: Smoking is a dangerous addiction that kills thousands of people every year, yet is a notoriously difficult habit to relinquish. However, by combining two powerful methods, hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique, you can acquire the ability to quit smoking and remain smoke-free forever.

ELIMINATE FOOD CRAVINGS

Come and learn a simple yet powerful and effective method for reducing or eliminating cravings for junk food or other unhealthy substances. EFT is a technique which works with the meridians, those channels of energy which run through the body. It is similar to acupuncture except that we don't use needles. Instead, we tap with the fingertips to stimulate certain meridian energy points. Whether you want to lose weight or just eat more healthfully, you will find EFT to be an enormously helpful tool to curb cravings and break poor eating habits. The seminar finishes with a hypnosis session for successful weight loss.

THE TLC WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

These weekly sessions expand upon the themes presented in the introductory class. Each week includes a period of discussion concerning the progress, issues and concerns of each participant, followed by an educational segment regarding some aspect of weight loss. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)and Guided Imagery are an integral part of each meeting. The weekly themes are as follows: Nutrition-Exercise-Mindfulness-Behavioral techniques-Emotional eating-Stress eating-Positive thinking-Positive body image-Weight loss maintenance.

Are you ready to let go of cigarettes for good? This two-hour seminar utilizes hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help smokers let go of cigarettes in an easy, enjoyable, and highly effective manner.

Holiday Weight Loss

The holidays are a wonderful but stressful time of year, especially for people who are trying to lose weight. Temptations abound, and trying to eat in a healthy and reasonable way can be difficult. In this workshop we will use two powerful techniques – hypnosis and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) – to help you stay on the path of healthy eating. Please bring a pillow, blanket and mat for comfort during the hypnosis session.
