How does this program work? The Quit Smoking Now! Program utilizes two extremely powerful mind/body techniques: Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

How is it different from other smoking cessation programs? If you have tried to quit before you have probably relied on willpower, education, and/or behavioral techniques. The problem with these approaches is that it they don’t get at the underlying issues behind your desire to smoke. And they don’t supply you with adequate tools for dealing with the tension and stress that arise and trigger your cravings for cigarettes.
This program explores the emotional issues and sabotaging beliefs that caused you to smoke in the first place and that prevent you from quitting now. And it gives you tools to cope with the stressful feelings that trigger the desire to smoke.
